Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are maintained
Assist with training and onboarding new employees
Assign duties and prepare work schedules
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Support daily opening and closing procedures
Assist management in improving operations and team performance
Maintain brand standards

Job Requirements:
1–2 years of supervisor experience in a restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
