Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and report on marketing and advertising metrics

  • Manage customer reviews and testimonials

  • Develop marketing materials including brochures, project spotlights, and promotional campaigns

  • Update and maintain company website content

  • Assist with digital advertising and email marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate photography/video content from active job sites and completed projects

  • Support sales initiatives through lead generation and market research

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth

  • Help maintain brand consistency across all communications

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

  • Basic understanding of website management and digital marketing

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Experience in construction, industrial equipment is considered an asset
