Job Description:
Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and report on marketing and advertising metrics
Manage customer reviews and testimonials
Develop marketing materials including brochures, project spotlights, and promotional campaigns
Update and maintain company website content
Assist with digital advertising and email marketing campaigns
Coordinate photography/video content from active job sites and completed projects
Support sales initiatives through lead generation and market research
Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth
Help maintain brand consistency across all communications
Job Requirements:
Experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Basic understanding of website management and digital marketing
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience in construction, industrial equipment is considered an asset
