Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities
Responsible for sourcing international technologies for manufacturing of toilet patricians to incorporate into our facility
Supervise and instruct production workers to use the new equipment as well as set up
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality as required
Order materials and supplies as required to optimize logistics for production
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions as well as advising owners for performance reviews
Prepare production and other reports and provide to owners as well as recommendations
May set up machines and equipment
Other duties as required

Several years of experience in the sanitation and interior manufacturing industry as well as architectural products
Attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage teams
Strong communicator
Punctual
Trouble shooting manufacturing bottlenecks in a creative and optimal method
Willing to work overtime required
Able to solve problems and source technicians when required
