Job Description:
Take customers' orders accurately
Clean, peel, slice and trim food using manual and electric appliances when necessary
Use deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other equipment to prepare food items such as sandwiches, tacos, hamburgers, fries, salads and beverages
Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food as well as prepare skip the dishes and uber eats drivers with orders.
Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties
Serve customers at counters and tables
Stock refrigerators and keep records of the quantities of food used and track in first in first out
May receive payment for food items through debt, credit or cash
Be able to use the POS payment and order system
Remove trash and clean garbage containers
Unpack supplies and stock refrigerators, cupboards and other areas
Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
Clear and clean tables and trays after guests
Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and in serving areas
Remove dishes before and after courses
Perform other duties such as scraping and stacking dishes for dishwasher to clean
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand or machine if required
Scour pots and pans, and may clean and polish silverware if necessary

Able to work the season from March 27th to November 3rd, 2026
Some restaurant experience is required
Excellent customer service skills is required
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Willing to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
Can work well as a team
Patient and accurate
Can work well under pressure
Punctual
