About the Role
We’re hiring a part-time contractor to work closely with our product and growth teams. Your mission:
Improve UX for individual job seekers across mobile-first journeys.
Streamline and optimize flows that drive new revenue streams (highlighting profiles, paid applications, consultations, job-marketplace extras, etc.).
Strengthen our PLG experience, ensuring users instantly understand the value and keep moving forward.
You should be comfortable taking messy, real-world user behaviour and turning it into clean, frictionless experiences that scale.
What You’ll Work On
Diagnose UX pain points and deliver actionable solutions.
Redesign user journeys for job seekers, employers, and consultants.
Improve onboarding funnels to reduce drop-off and boost conversions.
Create clear, compelling UI for feature upsells and new paid touchpoints.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to ship improvements quickly.
Provide mockups, prototypes, and UX audits that move the needle.

Job Requirements:
What You Bring
4+ years of proven UX/UI experience (SaaS or marketplaces preferred).
Strong portfolio with mobile-first design.
Understanding of conversion psychology and product-led growth principles.
Ability to move fast, iterate, and work independently.
Experience designing for global audiences with varied UX familiarity.
Familiarity with Figma, user testing tools, and rapid-prototype workflows.
