Job Description:

Willing to train - experience is an asset
Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units, Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Package take-out food, Portion and wrap foods, Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
High standard of cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Requirements:

Age: 16+
Prior cook experience an asset but not necessary
Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
Strong time management to keep up with fast-paced service
Multi-tasking - can prepare multiple menu items at once
Good Communication with team members and managers
Attetntion to detail to ensure orders are accurate and consistent
Physical Stamina - able to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 25-50lbs, and work in a hot kitchen.
