Remote Contractor – Appointment Setter / Sales Support Specialist
We are seeking a driven Remote Contractor to support our sales pipeline through high-quality appointment setting and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to hold a conversation, build trust fast, and move prospects toward a successful meeting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Identify, research, and solicit potential clients in targeted markets.
Assess client needs and guide them toward the right products or services.
Negotiate pricing and sales terms in alignment with company guidelines.
Consult with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
Sales Support & Appointment Setting
Develop compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposal materials.
Clearly articulate product/service features to clients, including technical details when required.
Prepare and manage sales contracts while maintaining accurate and organized client records.
Assist in tailoring offerings to meet client-specific requirements and provide input into product enhancements.
Market & Strategy Development
Implement and report on sales strategies to help achieve business targets.
Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Identify new opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Experience with selling software to Healthcare or recruitment software is an asset
Experience selling in Canada and USA is an asset
Technical sales specialist experience is an asset
Strong computer skills
Not afraid to cold call and nurture prospects
Great listener and problem solver
Able to work remotely and have reliable internet connection
Excellent communication skills
Able to provide references if requested
