Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Prepare food orders for customers
Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
Assemble food that is ordered to ensure accuracy when required
Deal with customers that have concerns
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Supervisor open and closing shift
Set cash for till for start of shift and control cashout
Supervise and check assembly of regular and special requests and delivery of food to in person and drive through guest
Watch for discounts and inconsistencies during cash out and report to management
Ensure that drive through is working smooth and is supported
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
