Job Description:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Establish work schedules and ensure procedures are followed
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and health procedures
Supervise and check that staff are providing excellent service
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Restock supplied using first in first out inventory system as needed
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Ensure that restaurant is clean at all times

1 year supervisor experience or 3 years restaurant experience
