Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cladding Foreman who will overlook a growing roster of industrial, commercial and institutional clients providing innovative, superior installations across Ontario and British Columbia.

Lead Crews of 3 to 20 people of various skill sets and levels of experience in a safe and productive way.
Mentor and teach less experienced workers to work safely and provide quality workmanship.
Install Architectural Metals, Architectural Panel Systems and Siding, ACM, Metal Roof Systems, and Metal Flashings with skill, efficiency, and quality.
Accurately measure and proactively communicate sizing and project needs with Supervisors and Office Staff.
Perform Quality Inspections on all types of installations.
Understand and follow proper safety procedures that pertain to the work being completed.
Accurately manage the Scope of Work on a given project.
Fill out all quality and safety inspection reports in full and return to the Manager`
Review the site plans/estimates and confirm that all work is being completed according to plans and document appropriately.
Notify Contractors of improper installations. Document with the Office Project Management. Ensure proper installation was corrected.
Document all common problems and trends and recommend solutions
Communicate overages and back charges to sub-contractors, as directed by the Operations Manager and Project Management.
May be required to attend mandatory on site coordination and safety meetings
Treat every Customer as the best customer, regardless of personal views or opinions.
Installation of Architectural Cladding applications, Composite Aluminum Panels, Rain-Screen systems, Various Architectural wall panel systems, Standing Seam panels, Kalzip applications for roof and walls
Read blueprints and ensure design specifications are being adhered to
Work at heights while following safety protocols
Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes
Provide training to more junior level, less experienced workers

Experience:
 Architectural Metals Supervisor: 4 years (required)
 Construction: 4 years (required)
 Reading Construction Drawings: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
 Driving Licence (required)
