Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Cladding Superintendent who will play a crucial role in the Site Management leadership process. This position demands strong leadership , planning and labour allocation skills, production skills, communication and technical skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Senior Leadership of multiple Construction Teams through the Construction Production and Site Management process. Efficiently execute a Project from start to finish.
- Read, Interpret, and Decipher Architectural Drawings and Specifications. Follow the Submittal process. Read, Interpret, Decipher, Generate, and act
upon the RFI, SI, RCO, CD, and other standard Construction Documentation processes.
- Interpret and understand Project Finances. Update and Forecast Project financial documents and Costs to Complete files.
- Prepare, Support and Manage SOV and Invoicing Documents.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Senior Management, Drafting and Design teams to confirm Shop Drawings meet the design intent, Contract requirements, and installation details.
- Conduct professional meetings and collaborate with Clients, Project Teams, Site Supervisors and other key Team members.
- Utilize a strong knowledge of Architectural Products and Cladding Systems.
- Utilize strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with
Internal & External Clients, Consultants and Labour Forces.
- Utilize strong negotiation principals and communication skills to minimize
waste and maximize profitability.
- Continuously strive to promote positive relationships, both internal and
external.
- Collaborate closely with Site, Plant, and Supervisory production teams to
optimize manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues.
- Teach, mentor, and promote growth of Team members.

- Strong knowledge and application of Construction Contracts, Scope of Work
Management, and financial applications.
- Knowledge of Computer software and ability to read Blueprints and
Engineered Drawings.
- Proficiency in Hard Computer Skills, Excel, Power-Point, Microsoft Projects,
Microsoft Software, PDF, Sketch-Up, etc.
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM software (e.g. AutoCAD AXYZ Panel Builder,
Mastercam). This skill is valuable but not a hard requirement.
- Excellent relational problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of collaborative team.
- Working understanding of 3-axis CNC machine (AXYZ Panel Builder preferred).
- Understanding of machining techniques, materials, and tooling. (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.

- Previous experience Managing Site Teams in Architectural Cladding, ACM cladding or similar high-profile Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Building Envelope Systems and Architectural Cladding Systems.
