Job Description:
Operate farm equipment and machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials
Perform equipment and machinery maintenance
Document all maintenance and report to manager
Order parts as required
Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions
Follow safety procedures
May perform minor repairs to farm equipment and machinery
May supervise general farm labourers

Job Requirements:
Operation of skidsteer and farm tractor is an asset
Small engine repair experience is an asset
Punctual
Attention to detail
Can work as a team and independently
Must be courteous and respectful
Can lift up to 100 lbs.
Willing to work evenings and weekends during busy time of the year
Can work in all weather conditions
Able to complete repetitive tasks if required
