Job Description:

Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations as management requires.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer with distributor's, sales personal, sellers and other people as required by management
Order supplies and maintain inventory as required
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages as well as set up appointments
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems as well as keep updated.
Maintain and recommend improvements to office procedures
Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to staff or appropriate person
Record and prepare minutes of meetings as well as distribute to appropriate parties.
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for owners
Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities as directed
May supervise completion of procedures in use of current software to follow processes.
May organize conferences or fundraisers as required
Other duties that apply.
