Job Description:
● Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
● Preparing food for service using various cooking methods and techniques
● Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and cooked
to our high standards
● Following instructions from the manager or assistant manager to ensure smooth
operations
● Keeping the station clean and ensuring that leftover food is properly handled
● Maintaining inventory levels and stock appropriately
● Ensuring that food is served simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely
fashion
● Adhering to sanitation regulations and safety standards
● Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers

Job Requirements:
● Proven cooking experience or desire to learn
● Experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook is considered an asset
