Job Description:

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
Evaluate daily operations & monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff and Supervise staff as well as set staff work schedules
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Drive sales leveraging your business acumen, efficiency and problem solving skills.

Represent the store as a Brand Ambassador.

Ensure that a real and genuine connection is made by our partners and customers with each visit.   
Create a strategy for customers to experience our products.   
 Make it a priority to regularly engage with our customers to get their feedback on our products and service.   
Communicating and compliance reporting to various stakeholders typical in the operations of a private corporation.   
Assist in the business plan of the operations and monitor the progress of key performance indicators.   
Applies problem solving skills to effectively address Barista, Customer and Business problems.

Job Requirements:

3 years of restaurant management experience - previous Starbucks certification is an asset
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.   
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.    
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.   
Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with customers, partners, Starbucks
Corporation, and the ownership group of Forster Foods Inc.   
Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK, and proficiency with the POS database. Consider yourself a “people person,” and enjoy meeting others.
