Job Description:

• Care for the horses and maintain the grounds.
• Handling horses, feeding, watering and cleaning stalls.
• Keep the barn clean, emptying garbage, repairing fences, winterizing the barn, raking, stacking or moving hay.
• Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure including cleaning stables, barns, barnyards and pens
• May monitor health of horses and provide updates to owner/supervisor
• May operate and maintain machinery and equipment for feeding as well as other as required
• Handling horses for turn in and turnout
• Other duties as required

• Some weekend work is required
• Prior experience handling and caring for horses is a requirement
