Concrete Form Setter
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Form Setter to join our construction team in Saskatchewan. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working with concrete formwork.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, align, and dismantle concrete forms for various structures
Read layouts and specifications to accurately build forms to required dimensions and grades
Perform basic grade calculations and measurements as needed on-site
Place and compact fill material using tampers or compactors to achieve required elevations and specifications
Assist with concrete preparation and related site tasks
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
Remove debris and ensure work sites remain safe and efficient
Follow all company safety procedures, site rules, and PPE requirements
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent

Qualifications & Requirements
1+ years of experience setting concrete forms (wood or steel)
Previous carpentry experience considered an asset
Experience working with concrete materials and finishing processes considered an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Ability to read measurements, work from grades, and follow specifications
Strong understanding of safe work practices in a construction environment
Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
