Immigrate is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Watkins as its new Chief Operating Officer. Michael will be responsible for the overall operational management of the company, including implementing business strategies, plans and procedures to drive growth.
Michael brings over 15 years of experience in the fields of marketing, business operations and customer experience excellence. He has a proven track record of developing strategic plans, delivering results, and leading teams to achieve business goals while centering the customer.

Immigrate is positioned for success with solid solutions to labor shortage issues faced in this country. We have a really strong team, which I am proud to be a part of.”
Michael holds a Bachelor of Communications, Advertising, and Marketing from the University of Canberra and is a Fellow Certified Practicing Marketer (FAMI CPM) of the Australian Marketing Institute. Michael has consistently used his expertise to deliver tangible business outcomes, with over a decade of Digital Marketing and SaaS experience across a range of industries, including large corporations, government, franchises and small businesses.
In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of Canada with his wife and five children. He is a lifelong learner, always seeking out new opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills. He is a strong believer in the power of self-education and is committed to helping others achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
